Up to this point I have neglected to promote my meditative work on God’s Kingdom and House, but I’ve had some questions about where I am coming from and I wrote The House that Stands for exactly that purpose.
The House that Stands
Seeking God’s Kingdom and Unity in the House of God
In 2022 we were 2 years into Ammi Ruhama Community and the sheer amount of writing that was stacking up became too much to expect anyone to casually work their way through. So, I compiled them into a collection of key meditations that underpin everything we have come to believe. Every single one of these ideas still show up today as key to understanding God’s Kingdom and unity in love, faith and hope in the gospel.
If you’ve found Not My People’s Publication helpful but are a little lost as to where we are pulling these thoughts from, The House that Stands is there for you to join us in meditating about these things.
The purpose of this book is to give you philosophical grounding for pursuing unity in love, faith and hope in the gospel and theological grounding in understanding what we are united in and what the Kingdom of God actually entails. The thoughts are mostly short—broken up into digestible and stackable pieces that build to a crescendo of responsibility towards the reconciliation of all things to God and therefore to ourselves.
The House that Stands: Seeking God’s Kingdom and Unity in the House of God is available on Kindle, Paperback and Hardcover. It is deceptively small at just under 100 pages in all formats but packs a punch for each idea found in it. The appendix also includes an early edition of The Christian’s Bill of Rights.
